Dr. Orlando Oio Vázquez, with contact electronic mail address, ortodoncia@oio.com.es, herewith informs users, professionals and clients (hereinafter called “Users”) about his policy for the protection of data of a personal nature (hereinafter called “personal data”) and the Users may thereby freely and voluntarily decide whether to facilitate to Dr. Orlando Oio Vázquez the Personal Data that may be requested  or obtained from the Users as a result of the professional relationship, completion of the forms, questionnaires or publicity provided on his Website.

Dr. Orlando Oio Vázquez reserves the right to modify this present Privacy Policy in accordance with any legislative, judicial or self-regulatory novelties that may occur from time to time.  Said modifications will be announced on this website prior to coming into effect.

The Personal Data collected will be incorporated into a file denominated contact and electronic mail (the purpose of which is to manage the subjects with whom a professional or commercial relationship is being or has been maintained), a file called circulars and publicity (for the purpose of sending out informative circulars and professional and commercial communications), both of which have been declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency and for both of which Dr. Orlando Oio Vázquez is responsible.   The Data obtained through the forms on this website will not be ceded to third party companies.   Dr. Orlando Oio Vázquez can use it to send out professional and commercial communications, information about services, products or patient or client loyalty campaigns.  In the event of any cession taking place, Dr. Orlando Oio would request the corresponding consent from the interested parties, informing said parties of the destination and purpose of the cession of data.
